I bought this in June 2021 for my 2004 Nissan X-Trail T30. It arrived on time and fit perfectly. I gave it a few months to see performance before leaving a review. On Friday (10/29/2021) on my way home from work I heard a loud bang as I passed a small pothole. A few minutes later I saw a couple of oil stains on the windshield, I stopped and checked: oil was leaking from the grille and spilled over the bumper. When I opened the hood, the engine was covered in oil and the oil filler cap was missing. After checking, I found that the oil cap was stuck in the bottom of the engine compartment. I took it out and tried to put it back on but it kept twisting and wouldn't tighten. Luckily I was not far from home and could drive 30 meters by car. I had to use Purple Blast degreaser to clean the engine and engine bay of oil. Note: neither the old nor the new valve cover cap is tight. When I try to tighten them both can be ripped off like a wine bottle stopper. See video.
