I was very skeptical at first about the capabilities of this product but was pleasantly surprised. It exceeded my expectations. It's not at all like those flimsy stands that are constantly moving and changing angle when a laptop is held on them. On the contrary, this stand is actually very solid and stable. You need quite an effort to even adjust it so that it doesn't move or wobble. I use it with my 15" Macbook Pro and it works flawlessly. The look is neat and not too shiny which seems perfect. They also have rubber pads on the stand to protect the laptop from scratches. I think this is one necessary investment for people who want to use a laptop at their workplace.
