This is a cool new product and it seems to be working. The only thing I complain about is trying after trying, it's almost impossible to create shapes close to a sphere. There's always a flat top or something. Considering that aesthetics are at stake (because let's face it, the regular ice cubes from my freezer keep drinks cold just as well), I expected a scoop so perfect it would give my friends and I lots of ooooohhhh and aaahhhh - but without perfect orbs it's just "oh cool".
