It's easy to configure it with our existing technologies, such as TMC or Nagios Core, or even your own custom scripts. The UI for monitoring is also very clean and intuitive - makes things quite readable which helps me debug easily if something unexpected happens (which could happen given this being cloud-related). Sometimes I feel there should be more tutorials/walkthroughs available online so that new users like myself will have easier access when needed. We've been able monitor multiple servers without having much infrastructure at hand already in place. Our main goal was always to make sure we are ready during an event where everything goes down unexpectedly. This gave us some peace of mind but not complete confidence. It's easy to use, it has many integrations with other tools we are using, such as Slack or Jira (JIRA). The dashboard could be more intuitive for non-technical people who want an overview over their environment. I would recommend this product if you have multiple environments that need monitoring from one place. We can now easily monitor our dev/staging servers without having different apps installed locally.
