Very user friendly - Easy installation

The best part is the GUI. It is so easy to use and it makes the process of managing our VMs and servers so much easier. I dislike that the monitoring is not always accurate. For example, I can have a VM with a specific issue but it won't show it until I reboot the server. If you're looking for a very easy to use system, this is it. Very simple and user friendly application to manage users/ employees

I like it for its simplicity of use with different versions from Windows 7 all way up until windows 10 (which we are currently using). It's great how easy you have access as well if there was any trouble or question regarding something in their system they were able understand very easily through customer support center which really helped us out alot! Very simple to setup, work flawlessly while being connected both locally at home/office computer AND REMOTELY over Internet!!! All features seemed reliable without much hassle also..very user friendly interface too ! Great support team and excellent software

The support team are fantastic! They have been very helpful in helping us get our environment up running again after we had issues with another vendor's product. There was one issue where it took about 2-3 hours for them to respond to my ticket which would not happen normally from any other provider I use. But they were able to resolve this quickly once their engineers got back online. All of the software seems really good but as mentioned above the initial setup takes some time so make sure…

Good community forum
Great customer service/support when things aren't going right or there is an outage.
Software works pretty well, just needs more configuration options available at first install (like most products) depending upon your IT experience level..and maybe even then if setting everything manually isn’t possible :)
It allows me freedom by allowing multiple locations across country lines without requiring VPN access between sites like Cisco does.or forcing
