Great support team and excellent software
The support team are fantastic! They have been very helpful in helping us get our environment up running again after we had issues with another vendor's product. There was one issue where it took about 2-3 hours for them to respond to my ticket which would not happen normally from any other provider I use. But they were able to resolve this quickly once their engineers got back online. All of the software seems really good but as mentioned above the initial setup takes some time so make sure you're prepared for downtime during that period. We needed help getting our VMware ESXi servers working together correctly and also having all of our applications configured how we wanted.
Pros
- Good community forum
- Great customer service/support when things aren't going right or there is an outage.
- Software works pretty well, just needs more configuration options available at first install (like most products) depending upon your IT experience level..and maybe even then if setting everything manually isn’t possible :)
- It allows me freedom by allowing multiple locations across country lines without requiring VPN access between sites like Cisco does.or forcing
