The best thing about this program it's ease of use, no learning curve needed! It works like magic once you learn how to navigate around all its features in order get exactly what we need done each day at work or home from anywhere with an internet connection (just kidding!). We have found that using their web app allows us access 24/7 without having any issues when our computers are down due too weather conditions etc., I highly recommend giving them whirl as they do offer many other services outside just emailing your guests via text messaging which was my first experience before going through there system but not anymore thanks Hospitalforce!! Nothing so far has been able find anything negative yet. Have used some programs over time where after awhile things start falling apart & become outdated quickly however everything seems quite new compared to others out here now days making me feel very confident.
