Not a very good racing shoe. I loved this shoe based on the reviews. But it didn't work for me. I really wanted to love this gorgeous shoe. After training and racing on On Cloudflyer, I heard from other veteran runners/coaches about similar negative experiences. So they don't seem to work for a lot of people. After running a half marathon in running shoes in January, I ended up barely walking due to pain in my knees and ankles. I recommend you try other shoes like Brooks. I didn't learn my lesson there. After several races and training, the pain continued. I don't even use these shoes for running. I will never run or train in ON shoes again. good luck there
