This product actually does what it was designed to do. This is NOT snake oil. This is NOT a get slim quick scheme. This belt simply augments (amplifies the results of) your workout in a measurable way especially during cardio exercises such as running, aerobics, etc. At $15 this is the best health bang for the buck I've ever encountered!I wear this belt while using the treadmill. I'm actually watching my pants grow too big in the waist. I also notice my workout pants are now saturated with sweat ever since I started running with this product around my waist.Conclusion: Wearing this waist trimmer does benefit the workout of those seeking to shed some weight and inches. This product will not benefit those who are not working out on a regular basis. Simply wearing this item around the house will be of little (if any) benefit to you. I view this product as a workout multiplier. If you do zero workouts, 0 X Anything = 0. If your workout burns 500 calories, wearing this belt may make you burn 625 calories without changing your routine (or something to that affect). Once again one of the belts can be cut to adjust the height.I view this item as a one-size-fits-most-but-not-all. I am 6'2 at 214 lbs and this belt fits me perfectly. I was 227 lbs and my weight goal is 205 lbs.
