Review on AGFRC 6KG Waterproof Mini RC-Steering-Servo-Motor - 0.085Sec High Speed HV Titanium Gear Coreless Digital Servo For 1/16 RC Car (B24CLM) by Heidi Massine

i wanted to give this 5 stars. i really did .but then. during my 1/16 scale crawlers maiden voyage around the living room floor, over no obstacles just a flat floor it worked amazingly awesome for the first 4 minutes then seized while in a turn. when i got closer i noticed a faint scent coming from the servo. the servo burnt up. which is a shame because it was working so well. the proportional steering and the speed of the steering was great. a $20 mini servo should last longer:/ perhaps just a dud.so i gave it another try and bought a 2nd one. this one making it past the 4 minute mark i thought maybe the last was just a dud. well, not quit. the 2nd servo did indeed make it past 4 minutes. making around 10 minutes of run time. sadly this 2nd one burnt out as well, just like the first one did. light driving on the living room floor. i really want to believe in this servo and get it in the dirt. looking into causes with the truck, everything else seems to be fine. if i reorder this or with any other servo i get in the future i'll try turning down my steering rates. short of getting 2 duds, thats the only "fix" i can see for now.while working, worked great. though it is a bit loud.
