I can't tell you how great and professional their customer service team is. I wasn't sure why, but my original headphones seemed to have a battery issue and I was afraid to speak to them. Instead of anger, they made me feel important and cared about what was going on. They were quick and incredibly professional and they were as friendly as you will find anywhere else. They replied the same day I emailed them and instead of being rude and doubting me. They solved my headphone problem in record time to make sure I'm happy. Most places won't do this, many places will fight you and try to blame the customer, but mindkoo's customer service made me feel like they care. Also, now that I've had this problem, the headphones decided our great wonderful sound quality lasts a long time, cute lights connect them to Bluetooth, amazing, the distance I can get from my phone to the headset is at least three times as usually you get from Skullwear and other brands. If you want good quality and good customer service, choose this option.
