Review on 🎂 California Cade Electronic Stainless Steel Adjustable Cake Mousse Mold Ring - 6 to 12 Inch, Ideal for Baking & Decorating Cakes by Corey Moulton

I bought this cake ring to make a Momofuku MilkBar birthday cake that needs a metal ring to support three tiers while you shape the cake. This product turned out to be the most affordable, it arrived on time, the packaging is reliable, the ring itself is strong. I figured out how to use it with minimal effort. It fit perfectly on top of my cake (see photo I forgot to take BEFORE removing the ring but it reached down to the bottom two layers and held everything together until it was time to serve). CONS: Because the ring is adjustable, the cake can get caught between the layers of metal, requiring you to fumble to clean it. The ring size adjustment clip works fairly well but requires you to hold it properly which gives it a solid 4 stars. What annoys me the most is the seller, not the product. This seller is one of those guys who will bombard you with emails after you buy a product to get you to review it. I personally find it intrusive and it makes me nervous that the product is actually no good. Otherwise, why are they trying so hard? But when I think about it I think this is a good cake ring for a home baker like me and deserves a review on its own NOT because the salesperson is pushy.
