Review on 🐠 Tetra ColorFusion 20 Gallon Fish Tank Kit with LED Lighting and Decor, Aquarium by Gary Parker

I'm having a hard time writing this review. The aquarium is beautiful. The wrong lightbar was supplied, so the installation instructions did not match. After about 45 minutes my husband was able to find a solution. This is my fourth aquarium, came complete. So I thought I knew what I was doing. Using regular hot water, I gave the tank, filter, and plastic anemone plant a thorough rinse, along with new gravel that I purchased separately. Long story short, 5 out of 7 of my fish died within 20 minutes after I removed them from the old tank. I have contacted the manufacturer to explain what happened and that they should either include Safe Start in the kit or make it clear to customers that this is a separate product and is not included in the Aqua Safe Plus kit and that it is prior adding the fish is required . I emailed the company proposing this and Scott replied. "Safe Start sold separately." I have not requested a refund as the tank is beautiful and my last 2 fish are happy in it after changing the water and adding my own aquarium products. But condolences might be a more appropriate response.
