Amazing linseed oil! That's the real deal. If you're looking to jazz up your cast iron or carbon steel pans, this is for you! You can recognize real linseed oil by its smell and its polymerizing effect, which we try to achieve by adding protective layers to our pans and helping to ensure that they do not naturally stick. I read it when I got my bottle and real linseed oil should be refrigerated to prevent rancidity. If you buy flaxseed oil that doesn't say in the fridge, then you know you don't have 100% flaxseed oil. This is real stuff. Excellent customer service! If I want real stuff I'll buy this and I'll buy it from him!
