I was looking for a better and cleaner way for me and my kids to gargle after brushing their teeth. I really wanted to try it, but the adapter didn't fit my faucet. I contacted customer service and told them about my problem and also sent pictures because I had no idea what size I needed to even tell them what I needed and sent a matching adapter in less than a week. I installed it and my kids and I am absolutely thrilled that it works! Now we have our own little fountain! I like that it's chrome. It goes well with the faucet.
