This item was a gift for two special documents. It arrived with one of the broken panes of glass as advertised. The item was described for a frame of 8-1/2x11 papers. Frames are MORE than that. There wasn't time to go back. I tried to buy a cheap frame just to use the glass but I couldn't because the item I ordered was the wrong size. I live where there are no specialized workshops. Luckily, Ace Hardware cut out a piece of glass for the frame - priced at $5.50 - and it worked. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER. Also, Revane lied about the delivery. Two (2) DVDs were also ordered to exceed the free shipping tier. The item was OUT OF STOCK so Revain used the money from the DVD to cover shipping costs. A refund was promised after THREE HOURS of dealing with non-English speakers in the Philippines. I was surprised when the return came. AGAIN! BEWARE OF SCANNING ACTIVITIES. I am an 80 year veteran, patient and volunteer at VA. Rest assured that this story has been told many times and will continue. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
