Review on Brooklyn Botany Lip Scrub Exfoliator Personal Care : Lip Care by Chantelle Mills

When I first got the Brooklyn Botany Coconut Lip Scrub I was amazed at how big the container was. Compared to other lip scrubs I currently have, this bottle makes my other lip scrubs look noticeably tiny in comparison. What really matters is what's in the bottle and how well it works. I'm happy to report that this lip scrub did a fantastic job on my lips. Each order includes four 1-ounce bottles of Coconut Lip Scrub. The scrub has a delicious coconut scent. The white scrub has a soft but grainy texture due to the sucrose (sugar) it contains and a blend of multiple oils and butters. It's rich but not sticky. To use, simply apply to the lips with light circular motions. Use a damp towel to remove or rinse with warm water. The peeling conveys a pleasant feeling. It does a thorough job of exfoliating without feeling too harsh and gritty. I used it twice a week and noticed a significant improvement in the condition of my lips. Since using this product I have no more dry, chapped lips and when applying the lipstick I have not felt any smearing or color bleeding. My lips are kissable and look visibly healthier. Considering the size of the product, these four packs will last you a while as a small product actually makes a big difference. Lip scrub ingredients include sugar, soybean oil, coconut oil, beeswax, sunflower oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, aloe vera, marula seed oil, pomegranate seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, and coconut flavor. The only downside I have for this product is that I wish the manufacturer had included a plastic tray to take the product out of the container instead of using a finger straight into the product container. Luckily I have a competitor's mini lip scrub tray that helps a lot in keeping it clean and tidy. Perhaps the manufacturer will take this into account in future efforts. This set makes a perfect gift for stockings. I'm really impressed with the results of using this lip scrub. I love this product and I highly recommend it!
