Nowadays, a hassle-free and quick online buying experience is a given, yet COSCELIA fell short. The website was confusing, purchasing was a hassle, and the goods were subpar. Let's just say I was disappointed with how my nails turned out. The website was so difficult to navigate that it took me hours before I settled on a few items for my nail care routine. The dismay was evident when I received my delivery. The nail paint flaked off in a matter of hours, and the nail care products were of poor quality. However, it was the quality of their client service that ultimately doomed them. Their response to my request for a refund was about as helpful as a manicure without topcoat. I wanted to like this shop, but all I received was a botched manicure. In conclusion, COSCELIA is not the best place to go if you want high-quality nail care items and a pleasant shopping experience. If you want to paint your nails yourself, it's best to use your non-dominant hand.
