Bought this scratching post for my new kitty. It was very easy to put together and it came with a small screwdriver that I can always use. It had a dent in one of the pieces of cardboard and resembles the shape of the ball that comes with it. I think it broke while packing. My kitty figured it out right away and started playing with it but doesn't really use it much. Hopefully he'll show more interest in it over time.
