Very excited when it arrived
I was very excited when it arrived but very disappointed when I first plugged it in and started straightening my hair it didn't hold the right temperature. I set it to 420 and as soon as I started smoothing it dropped to 180 and then 200 and kept going down. Super disappointment, will not buy again
