Method planks, TP hooks and holders are very pretty and their one-clip-fits-all design is well thought out, but five or six times I've had almost big problems using these things Install drywall anchors. I've tried 3 different types of heavy duty professional grade drywall anchors and the problem was never the anchor itself: the problem was the pressure required to snap the bracket to the underside of Moen's plastic mounting clips. You must press VERY firmly on the end of the metal bar on the mounting clip to "snap" it into place. If you are close to the stallion, this is not a problem; But when you're a few inches away, the drywall sags and begins to crumble behind the wall. Before you know it, your drywall anchor will be loosening. I think that's the problem people are reporting. I understand why Moen would want to fit snugly in her brackets, but that comes at a price in this app.
