Review on Maybelline New York Baby Lips Balm Electro, Minty Sheer - Long-Lasting Hydration & Delicate Tint by Joy Jones

I love these Baby Lips. This particular "Minty Sheer" looks very intimidating in the tube as it is neon green. However, it remains practically colorless. I even applied it very thick and only got shine, no color. Different colors appear to have different levels of actual pigmentation. It has a minty flavor and a slight menthol/tingling sensation. I like it but some might find it too strong. I feel like it moisturizes my lips very well. However, due to the fact that I applied it in a very thick layer to see if I could get a color payoff, it felt a bit waxy. I'm sure it would be better with a lighter application. Overall I really like it and will likely continue to use this product.
