Review on 🍽️ Winsome Alex 5-Piece Walnut Snack Table Set by Nikki Brooks

Okay let's start with the bad because that's what people usually want to read about first. When I first received the product, all the hardware and Allen keys needed to assemble it were not included. There were two man-made flaws in the wood, probably caused by the way it was made, stored or transported (see photos). Then a set of pre-drilled holes were misaligned, resulting in the bracket holding the TV trays not being aligned when assembled (see image). As a result, one of the TV tables now always leans forward (see picture). Now for the good things I have to say. Initially, getting the missing hardware was very easy thanks to the form they provided with the product. They also emailed me shortly after I faxed them a form to receive my missing parts to let me know they were on their way and included a tracking number. For me this is very important for customer service as nobody can guess if they received my fax and if they processed my request to send the missing device. The production time was only 4-5 working days. One of the wooden dowels I received was short but still long enough to serve its purpose and allow me to assemble the table stand. The tables themselves work great. I wish they were a bit wider to fit your feet more comfortably underneath, but that's just personal preference and might not be an issue for others. In summary, I think most people will like these tables. I think they're $10 less than what I paid, but they work and I plan on keeping them to myself.
