Engaging, effective tool that helped boost employee engagement
The main benefit of using this platform is to have access from anywhere in our organization as well as being able to provide remote learners with quality content by having them interact through video chat or other digital platforms like Zoom etc. This has been great for us because we are not required to be co-located at all times during meetings which helps when you need some distance between participants while still retaining their attention throughout the meeting/event! It's also really easy for people who aren't familiar with technology but want to learn how it works. I would say there isn’t much about this software itself so if someone was looking for something more specific they may find themselves getting frustrated trying to figure out what features do exactly what. Using Microsoft Teams and ZOOM to conduct virtual team building events. We were able to build trust among employees across multiple locations without requiring physical presence together.
