If you are looking for accurate body fat or BMI data in addition to weight, this scale will be very inaccurate. There is a lot of discussion on the Garmin forums about accuracy. For me personally, it more than doubled my body fat compared to other tests. As a 2:31 sport marathoner, I'm confident that my 5-8% readings from other devices are more accurate than the 18-20% I get from the Index S2. So now I have a very expensive scale that measures my weight. I have to ignore other erroneous statistics.
