I looked at this for ages and finally bit the bullet before traveling - it was perfect for the plane. I hid my wallet, phone, snacks, book, scarf and mini makeup bag. Now I use it every day for work and it fits in my wallet, laptop and dishes (glass lock because they usually have to go in on their side and not leak). Seriously, it's big enough for just about anything, but it looks chic and is awkward to carry. The material wasn't what I expected and seemed delicate, but whatever it was, it's getting stiffer and I don't care anymore - still no scuffs, stains, anything. My only complaint about it is that you can't remove the mini zip pouch and it's pretty small - I use it for lip balm, two cards and eye drops. I'm also considering a storage bag for other small items that I don't want to move around freely in this large bag, but so far that seems great. I get lots of compliments!
