it has a pulse dial that cannot be changed to a regular dial!

THE MOST TERRIBLE phone! For example, what year was this phone released? It doesn't have a switch to switch from pulse to dial, those from the 80's will understand. It's very cheap and super light! I HATE IT! The product claims you can change the ringtone, you can't.
