I'm new to this but I love sushi so much I wanted to try it. ok i honestly don't understand how this worked before plastic ziplock bags were made because i can NOT prevent the rice from sticking to the bamboo and it's just a wasteful mess. I cracked it by putting another one back in Ziploc, and although the results were MUCH better. I think the rest should be technique. General. I gave it 3/5 stars because it's clearly not for beginners and the consumables that come with it don't prevent rice from sticking to them.
