t Works out of the box with Nintendo Switch. I plugged it in and charged it. The light was blinking so I knew it had power. When I tried to use it, nothing happened. My switch couldn't find the controller either with the cable that came with it or wirelessly. The seller said that a software update is likely required, which involves downloading the update to the PC and connecting the controller to the PC. This might work if you have a PC. I'm used to everything working instantly, so I ask you to return and refund the money. I bought other wireless controllers on Prime Day and luckily they worked great. I just like the feel of a full professional controller, not the joycon style. Oh well. The funniest thing I thought was that the seller asked for a video of what's going on. However, nothing happened. I had to send them a 10 minute video of the controller sitting on the couch.
