As a home visit massage therapist I didn't always have access to a stool (they come in handy for doing reiki or for leverage). I had a habit of squatting or getting on one knee, which was starting to irritate my knees. (Reminder that I'm not 27 anymore - :-D). This stool is great - it's lightweight and easy to carry, yet very sturdy. In fact, since I started using it, several of my clients have bought it themselves!
