Excellent Stan laptop. I like the adjustable height and angle, the color. I didn't have any major problems setting it up. First I attached the bottom base to the pole. You need to make sure the holes line up with the holes in the rod. Then lightly insert all the screws before tightening. Do the same for the top, but make sure the two front edges that prevent the laptop from falling off the surface are facing up. After adjusting, rotate the side handle to raise it. You have to push down to lower it and tighten the handle once you get to where you want it. It took me a few days to figure out that it could rotate on the base because it didn't move left to right at first. I looked at the design a bit and concluded that it was built to include a base. So I twisted it back and forth, and yes, it loosened up a bit. I love him even more now. Maybe it was just my arthritic muscles (laughs). I have 2 other coasters but was about to send them back when I got this one! A. Too late. Very durable. Excellent quality, technology and beautiful finishes! my love
