From the start a plain white box with no name, with a small instruction sheet printed on it, no name, no company, no warnings, no certificates. This is a simple lightbulb, it looks good, works great. But there is absolutely no reference to rules or certifications. There is nothing on the bulb to indicate wattage/power etc. If you need something in a pinch, this will work. For safety reasons, leave this in the cart as there is absolutely nothing on the box. *Correction* The metal part says 110-130V and 4W. No company logo or other identification.
