Upgrading my coffee

The NutriChef NCNTROCB10 cold brew coffee maker is easy to clean and assemble for first use. I made my own cold drink in a 1:4 ratio. 8 ounces of coarsely ground coffee in 32 ounces of water and steeped at room temperature for 24 hours. That gave me 24 ounces of coffee concentrate. I then added 24 ounces of water to get 48 ounces for a 64 ounce keg. I followed the directions to pressurize with N2O and leave overnight. The next day the nitro coffee was great. I saved some coffee in the barrel to try on the second day. It didn't appear to have cascades or foam, but I think it's probably due to a leak. See how I fixed the leak below. Overall, I like this product for its ease of use and cleaning. Tips: • Fill no more than 48 ounces for the 64 ounce size to leave room for N20 gas. • I noticed that application on the second day resulted in no cascading or foaming. I think N20 expired overnight. I learned that an o-ring needs to be installed on the steel skewer to support the faucet connectors. This should fix the problem.
