I recently bought and installed a gas range. After some whining, I decided to purchase a Techamor Y201 portable combustible natural gas, methane and propane leak detector. After receiving it, I put in 3 AAA batteries (not included) and checked the connection to the gas. And here it is. very little gas leakage. So small I couldn't smell rotten eggs. I checked it twice with soapy water and saw some very small bubbles. However, the Techamor Y201 Portable Combustible Natural Gas Leak Detector is much easier to use, at least in this case where the valve and connector are not within easy reach. The connection failed. Now I'm waiting for a professional plumber to replace the 36 year old bushing on the valve. I couldn't remove it. The weird thing is that while playing with the Techamor Y201 Portable Combustible Natural Gas Leak Detector, I blew (exhaled) on the sensor and it immediately went into overdrive. God. I thought I'd take good care of myself. So what I really want to say is that I was stupid and thought I could take care of myself,
