No clear explanation of keyboard symbol keys

No clear explanation of keyboard symbol keys. Have contacted the company on numerous occasions and although they seem to be trying to help they get nowhere. I regret buying this keyboard. It was a waste of my money. I ended up using it for a mini iPad cover and nothing more. I can still use the mini iPad with the onscreen keyboard, not the $45 ProCase.
