Little countertop space. Our kitchen is quite small to start with, so we needed something permanent but that would take up very little space. It's the same item! However, getting to this place was not easy. The instructions are very vague and tell you to connect two pins to the plug, but it says the plug may already be connected or not? Also tells you to attach the legs but have they already been attached? Basically it was just a mess and I didn't even use the instructions to put it together after reading all this. Big little sleeves that zip up to hold shelves? Yes No. They don't even wrap all the way around the stem, so I'm hoping you can get them to glue and put a shelf on top with little effort. Make sure you also line up the sleeves for each shelf so that you don't have to try to move the shelf up or down after pulling it up and attaching it. I gave up and now I have a slightly uneven middle shelf, but IDC for now. I've attached a photo of the sleeves so you can see what I'm talking about. I finally assembled them and they actually look pretty good. Unfortunately I have almost 10 little round black things left and I have no idea what they are? Not in directions or anything, so I hope they aren't important. Overall, it's durable and ideal for small spaces. Hopefully if you decide to buy this it will be easier for you than it was for me. This is probably one of the worst things I've ever bought from Amazon in terms of build quality. I would return it but after spending so much time and energy building it I decide to just look at it and hate it for the rest of my life.
