I really like how easy it is to create my own workflows with this software - there are so many options available that you can do everything from simple tasks all through to complex projects! If we have an issue then contacting support via email or chat works well but sometimes responses take time (especially in busy times) which leads us not having enough information at hand when trying resolve problems ourselves later down stream; especially if our ticket has been assigned multiple people who may be able solve different parts of problem independently without sharing updates/answers etc between them!! Definitely recommend using YDOMail as part of your business process automation toolset because even though some issues seem hard initially they become easier over time once used regularly. We're solving several areas within one solution including project tracking & reporting plus managing communications internally across departments such as HR / Finance / Admin Support Teams amongst others.
