Love this item. I don't know what to call it but it works great. It's better than a scarf, I don't always search for the other end or get caught in the zipper. Washes off very well, doesn't roll. The best part is that it's warm and you can adjust it to suit your needs. Wear it loose when you're not cold and pull it up over your nose when it's very cold. The only downside is that you have to pull it over your head to use it.
