Review on Compliance Mantra by Matthew Outlaw

I like that it was easy to set up, they kept us in touch with everyone at all times (including holiday), very flexible so we could change things quickly as needed which is hard when you get into an audit situation without proper preparation! They were great but not sure what their pricing structure really looks for clients other than themselves since its pretty standard per hour rates plus expenses if applicable? The support staff seemed somewhat overbooked or overwhelmed from dealing directly w/clients vs just supporting them overall through this process of onboarding - maybe because most folks only use CM once during first phase then go away never back again?? Great product though!! We wanted something super streamlined compared traditional processes used by large players across industries where multiple parties had issues getting together due too many emails being sent around internally etc.- The ability to have it all in one place is great, being able to see what you need to do next is very helpful, reporting of issues is easy and fast. I would like for there to be more options for customizing reports as well. Also, having the system update itself to the latest version with ease would be nice. It's been a great tool for our compliance department. We were using multiple tools before this was implemented and now that we are in one place everything is easier.
