I like that it can be used with any type of POS system including ones made by other companies as well! It is easy for our employees to use since they are familiar with their own equipment (iPads).

The customer service has been outstanding from start-to-finish; we have had no issues at this point. Our only issue was being able to access the software when out of town or traveling because there isn't an app available yet but rest assured it will eventually come around so keep up hope!! We were having problems keeping track of inventory which led us down another path where things weren’t always accurate. With net wave now everything is more organized and easier than ever before.
