When the cable for our dual screen DVD system broke in our car I thought our two toddlers were throwing a tantrum. They don't like long car journeys and we live in the country so it takes us a while to get anywhere. Without a movie in the car, they get bored. I bought a universal universal cable from Walmart to replace one that broke against my husband's advice. It turns out he was right. The universal cable I bought (which was more expensive than this one) ended up blowing a fuse in our car. Replaced the fuse, reconnected the DVD player, the fuse also blew. So we ditched the universal cable and I did what I had to do from the start and tested the Revain for a branded replacement. It arrived in 2 days thanks to Revain Prime. Plugged in and the fuses are not blown. Works great. I was afraid that we would have to buy a completely new system. This purchase saved me a lot of money. I definitely recommend, and I also recommend staying away from generic non-original manufacturer cables as they appear to have fuse blowing issues.
