Bought in Fall 2020 for my Rad Power Bikes. I'm new to the bike industry and after some research I realized I needed a thick chain with a reinforced lock to deter people from stealing the bike, but I didn't want to pay the price of reputable lock companies for the chain length and thickness. Today my bikes are still with me and I haven't had any problems. As far as I know, no one has attempted to steal my bike, but I also attribute it to those thick chains locking them. My only custom advice is that the lock is in a vertical position when you try to unlock it, for some reason it's much easier to pick in that position and it doesn't work in a horizontal position.
