I damaged the rear wiper arm on my Explorer while trying to replace it. The dealer installed a different blade that did not come loose like the original blade. I checked out this wiper arm and the reviews were great so I decided to take a chance since it's about half the price of a factory arm. When the arm and instrument arrived, it took about 5 minutes total to swap them out. The old arm was crushed in and made a very loud click as it disengaged. You can't beat this part for money. You will also receive a new wiper blade. I am very happy with both of these purchases.
