I have purchased this bag several times over the years. This is my 4 pack. They have changed their quality. This bag is so sturdy and so plastic. It's so loud when I touch it like it's a creaking door lol. The handle attached to the bag has been shortened so now I feel uncomfortable on my shoulder. Very disappointed because I really liked this bag. I just threw away the old one because it fell apart after daily use. I had to keep it. It was soft and actually looked like leather. This new one isn't. It's sad to say but I'm bringing it back too loud and harsh I'd be embarrassed in public.
