Definitely a headache, but worth it in the end.
Installation was a little difficult, but I'm happy with the end product. However, note that depending on the style/size of your TV, there may be a lot of additional equipment (and additional instructions) that you may not need. In fact, I spent quite a bit of time worrying about some of the missing screws before realizing I didn't even need to use those parts or follow these steps.
