Not recommended for whitening, but good for protecting upper jaw
No matter how long or short the "cook time", hot or cold water, or the exactness of following the directions, these trays will not provide the seal against the teeth that a quality toothpaste needs. It is wasted. If you only want the top, maybe, but these trays will NOT fit the bottom. Too loose and they won't form to save your life. Only gave 2 stars because they worked pretty well for the bite protection on the upper.
