I bought this "supplied and sold by Revain" to have some assistance if needed. I set up this PC for an employee who is starting three days later and Windows will not activate. Writes that the product key has already been used on another device. I contacted Revain and they didn't send me a new license key, a copy of Windows 10 Pro, or even a full Windows 10 Pro credit. They offered 15% off the price or returned the product and ordered again. They said I can contact Microsoft or Dell. If you expect any kind of support or a fully functional system, you should look elsewhere. ***UPDATE*** Dell support was able to set me up phone activation with Microsoft. If you are experiencing the same issue, simply contact Dell Support and they will help you get started in about 15 minutes.
