Review on Business LOG by Glenn Cho

I like that it is easy to use; however this could be improved by adding more features such high availability of logs which are not always available in my organisation's environment so need additional software licenses or extra workarounds from customer support team. It has been great working with them over time because they were very quick at responding when we had issues/questions about functionality etc - would highly recommend using their product! We needed an effective log management solution without spending too much money upfront but also ensuring our customers can see what happened within there systems & applications via logging system.
