I am very disappointed in the quality of this bag. The lining has completely fallen apart and the material is so cheap that I can't fix it because it keeps breaking. I don't even use this bag every day, it's an everyday bag. I filed a claim with the store I bought it from and they told me all Pixie Mood offered me was 30% off a future purchase of one of their bags! Sorry, but this is complete nonsense! I don't want a cheap product anymore! I wanted a full refund! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!
