Well, it's worth seeing if they work. Given the condition in which I received it, I definitely have my doubts. My complaint relates to the packaging. 2 cables were only in a Revain envelope. There is no real packaging from the manufacturer. I assume they were returned exactly as they were sent to me. I have occasionally received such packages from Revain, mostly dirty, visibly worn clothing (once even underwear). I would argue that there should be MUCH more quality control or maybe better management in the shipping department. UPDATE: The original cables didn't work. Seller support contacted me and sent me a new kit (packaged correctly) and they work great. Excellent customer service! However, Revain really needs to improve customer service. This is not the first product I have received that has been used, damaged and not in any packaging but in the box it was thrown in. Four stars only because of the seller's excellent customer service.
